FREE MEAL. The morning after the “unwelcomed visit” of typhoon Ruby in Tacloban a Tsinoy and his Tsinay wife served typhoon victims/survivors hot breakfast in the form of pandesal and hot miswa soup. Two large “calderos” of miswa were consumed mostly by hungry children and people from devastated areas.
SECOND TIME. An Ear informer said it was the second time the Tsinoy couple served free miswa and pandesal to the typhoon victims. The first time was the morning after the devastation of Tacloban by Yolanda.
FROM CEBU: It was learned that the Tsinoy couple who served the free hot miswa soup were from Cebu who had taken up residence in Tacloban shortly before the devastation of the city by Yolanda.
