In celebration of Philippine Independence, a wide spread of flavorful and hearty dishes were highlighted in “Independence: Flavors of Northern Philippines,” launched at Marco Polo Plaza’s Café Marco on June 8.
From June 8 until today, June 15, the rich and vibrant cuisine of Luzon are prepared by Café Marco’s chefs, with signature dishes such as Pochero, Bringhe, Bicol Express and many more. This wonderful Culinary Journey features a spread crafted and perfected under the guidance of heritage cuisine guru, Ms. Jesica Avila.
