Ang CCDC langkuban sa napulo ka representante gikan sa nagkalain-laing sektor, duha matag government and cinema education, usa sa turismo, movie journalism and film archives ug tulo gikan sa independent cinema producers.
Kini aron masiguro ang pagpalambo sa paghimo og pelikulang ginama sa Sugbu.
Matud ni Hofer nga ang film industry nagkinahanglan og tabang ug suporta gikan sa Local Government Units (LGUs) aron padayon nga mahulma ang kapasidad sa tanang Cebu-based service providers, suppliers, directors, actors, editors, production managers, production designers, ug uban pang professionals, unit and groups nga adunay pagpakabana ug partisipasyon sa movie productions.
Si Remton Zuasola, usa ka Cebuano moviemaker nga gipasidunggan sa Philippine Art’s Festival’s “Ani ng Dangal†tungod sa iyang pagdaog sa motion picture didto sa International Movie Festival niadtong 2012, miuyon sa paghimo og council nga motan-aw ug mopalambo sa Cebuano film community.
