l One who runs away from the cross is only running toward another cross, perhaps a heavier one. There is no other road to Heaven except the way of the cross. No man can escape his cross. Do not fear the cross. I shall help you to bear it.
l The man whose main interests are on earth, does not know the meaning of true peace. His joys are temporary and rapidly passing. No person or thing on earth can fully satisfy the thirst within your soul.
