“I officially and publicly pass on the torch to your award-winning COVID President, President Felix Taguiamand his team of Board of Trustees, who all have done very well in the previous year,” said Consul Espeleta during his most awaited valedictory speech.

Taguiam in his inaugural speech showcased the initiatives and achievements of his presidency which revolved intensely in the Chamber’s lead response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We gather together today, beleaguered yet optimistic for the year and the near future, because the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) together with its members remain united, resilient and creative,” said CCCI President Felix Taguiam.

The much awaited turn over ceremony was put to a hold last year due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic from which gave rise to the legacy of the now CCCI President.
