MANILA, Philippines — Philippine top bet Brenton Angelo Lo Wong leads the elite roster of participants in the inaugural Philippine National Speed Cubing Open on May 27-28 in Tagaytay.
Wong, from Ateneo, has won multiple titles in local competitions but could find solid competition from world No. 45 Sean Patrick Villanueva and Juan Miguel Magallanes and Leo Borromeo who share the 49th spot in the world rankings of the World Cube Association.
The event is set at the Tagaytay City Combat Sports Center, according to POC president Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino.
