CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines — Four people died after being trapped inside a burning house in Barangay Camacho, Balanga City yesterday.
Police identified the fatalities as Zenaida Jose, 67; Augusto Jose, 54; Jemmielyn Jose, 24, and Jaila Lucero, 3. Initial investigation showed that the four could not get out of their room because it was locked. Arson investigators found that the fire started from a lighted candle.
