CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines — A fisherman was shot dead by an unidentified man in Obando, Bulacan on Sunday night.
Ricky Mark Angel Hidalgo of Dagat-Dagatan, Navotas City was declared dead on arrival at the San Lorenzo Ruiz Hospital, according to reports received by Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr.
Reports said the victim was walking in Barangay Binuangan when he was killed at around 9:30 p.m.
Probers have yet to determine the motive for the killing.
