TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Police arrested yesterday a woman posing as an agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and asking for protection money from drug personalities in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.
Senior Inspector Edmar Quiton, Caoayan police chief, said Maricar Raboy is allegedly asking money from drug traffickers in exchange for their removal from PDEA’s watch list.
Quiton said Raboy was caught while receiving money from an undercover police officer.
