JDV wears necklace ozonator as A(H1N1) defense

SAN JACINTO, Pangasinan, Philippines – Wondering what is that little object hanging like a necklace which has a blinking pendant that Pangasinan fourth district Rep. Jose de Venecia Jr. is using lately during his speaking engagements?

Well, JDV, answering The STAR’s query of what the item is, said that the small machine which is like a big pendant of a necklace will capture all the virus and the germs in the environment.

He said it was a gift to her wife Gina by a friend and it looks effective.

Amid the A(H1N1) scare and with De Venecia who also frequently travels abroad for his speaking engagements, he said with the small machine, “So far, I have been virus-free.”

He said the battery-operated small machine has been attracting attention as it is blinking and some people he met recently in Nepal kidded him by asking if their conversations are being recorded by it.

He said once proven effective, he will recommend it to be manufactured in the Philippines.

Relative to this, Gina said in a text message that the small machine which she also uses - hers with pinkish light while Joe’s is blue, is called an ozonator.

“Supposedly it kills the virus before it reaches your mouth and nose,” she said.

However, she added that they’re still testing it.

They have been using it for a month now and so far they’re physically fit.

She, however, is not sure where it was manufactured.
