MANILA, Philippines — Classes across the country on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, have been suspended in some areas due to the inclement weather brought by Tropical Depression "Verbena."
As of 5 a.m., the state weather bureau PAGASA said Verbena was estimated to be over the coastal waters of Pinamungahan, Cebu.
PAGASA also issued a yellow heavy rainfall warning for Metro Manila due to the effects of the shear line.
