MANILA, Philippines — As some parts of the country brace for the onslaught of Tropical Storm Jenny, some local government units already announced class suspensions for Wednesday.
PAGASA said "Jenny" is expected to make landfall over Aurora province between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
