MANILA, Philippines — Carla Abellana said she remains with GMA-7 and is excited to finally star in a drama with Bea Alonzo.

As part of its New Year's Eve countdown, GMA-7 released the teaser of its upcoming shows for this year.

The teaser for "Widow's War" shows Bea and Gabbi in confrontation scenes. Bea was seen stopping a slap while Gabbi sported a mean face at an unseen rival.

Carla, meanwhile, was leaning on someone's chest while putting on a smirk.

"Is there anything more dangerous than widows in a hostile war?" teases GMA on its teaser.

"1. I'm still a Kapuso. 2. I’m finally going to be working with THE Bea Alonzo," she said on her Instagram post that featured the teaser trailer.

The actress dispelled the rumors that she was mulling on switching networks. The rumors had been going around for almost a year.

"Widow's War" is one of the upcoming series from the network. Other upcoming GMA-7 2024 shows include "Encantadia Chronicles: Sanggre," "My Guardian Alien" and "Pulang Araw."
