Hacienda Escudero dream taking shape

The realization of the Hacienda Escudero dream takes a step forward with the formal blessing of the development’s pool and bathhouse facilities.

The development, which is a partnership between premier residential-resort developer Landco Pacific Corp. and the prominent Escudero family, is envisioned to be the ultimate cultural heritage and leisure tourism destination in the country.

Landco officials and executives as well as members of the Escudero family welcomed guests that included local town officials at the Great Lawn area of the estate. Here, a thanksgiving mass officiated by Villa Escudero chaplain, Rev. Fr. Severino M. Hernandez, was first held.

Hacienda Escudero marketing manager Mylene Mendoza and vice president for Non-seaside sales Albert Villa-Real then led guests to the pool and bathhouse area for the ceremonial ribbon-cutting led by CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos. He was joined by Landco EVP and COO Francis V. Ceballos, vice president for residential resorts Jose Antonio Xerez-Burgos, Villa Escudero’s Don Ado Escudero and Placido Escudero, Jr.

Also present during this special event were Dolores, Quezon Vice Mayor Silverio Capino, Captain Orlando Barsomo and other Landco officials. Guests and executives alike then enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Great Lawn.
