MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) will start entertaining renewals of its Privilege Membership Card (PMC’s) for the incoming 36th Season, on Monday.
Only 2009-2010 PMC holders will be entertained beginning Sept. 13. New applicants may apply starting Sept. 21.
