OLONGAPO CITY, Philippines — At least 89 students of the Olongapo City National High School were taken to a hospital on Tuesday after an ammonia leak in a nearby ice plant.
The students complained of eye irritation, irritation, nausea and difficulty in breathing.
Mayor Rolen Paulino said the city government extended medical and financial assistance to the students.
