Chief Superintendent Victor Barbo Boco, Bicol police regional director, showed the sketch prepared by a Criminal Investigation and Dectection Group (CIDG) artist based from accounts of two of the 15 persons who witnessed the shooting incident.
Boco described the suspect as slim, between 28 and 29 years old, weighs about 120 lbs., stands about 56 to 57, medium built, left handed and with fair complexion.
Llamas was inside a yellow multi-cab, with license plate GRS-646 and driven by former Malilipot councilor Marciano Bitara Jr., cruising in front of the Carolyn A Hotel in Barangay Tagas when an unidentified man shot him in the head and the side of the body using a caliber .45 pistol.
The hitman and his two companions immediately left the scene on board a red TMX 155 Honda motorcycle without license plate.
The bullet passed through the right side of Llamas temple and exited at the left jaw. He was rushed to the Amando Cope Memorial Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Witnesses said one of the assasins has long hair while the other one was clean shaven. Probers recovered at the crime scene three empty shells and one live bullet from a caliber .45 pistol.
"We have a new development in the conduct of our investigation in the killing of Sotero Llamas," said Boco during a press briefing at Camp General Simeon Ola.
There were two gunmen in the killing of "Ka Tiroy" Llamas.
Boco added that different teams were organized under Task Force "Tugis" to make follow-ups on the various leads that came up during police investigation.
Boco also said that a reward of P150,000 will be given to anybody who could pinpoint or identify the persons in the two cartographic sketches.
The first cartographic sketch was presented on Thursday afternoon last week.
Senior Superintendent Benito Estipona, CIDG director, said that his men are also trying to determine the identity of the third suspect, the motorcycle driver.
Llamas was buried Sunday afternoon at the Tabaco City Catholic Cemetery.
