(Example, using solar power for government buildings, ensuring sustainable water supply, irrigation and support for farmers);

U-Unity: Bringing communities together to work toward common goals, fostering collaboration among diverse groups (political opponents, religious groups, civil society organizations, businesses, industries, others) to strengthen Cebu's social fabric;

S-Service: Providing efficient and accessible public services to meet the needs of all citizens, prioritizing education, healthcare, and safety. (Finally activate Cebu City Medical Center, mainstream scholarship programs, others);

T-Transparency: Committing to open, transparent, honest governance, ensuring that decisions and financial matters are clear and available to the public. (starting from bidding and procurement process, others);

A-Accountability: Holding leaders and government officials responsible for their actions, with focus on integrity and ethical behavior. (For example, not allow the reported abuse of PWD-senior citizens’ id, city budget allocation and use, others more);

I-Innovation: Encouraging creative solutions and embracing technology to solve urban challenges, improve infrastructure, and enhance the quality of life for all residents. (Some examples include effective multisectoral waste management, responsive health programs’ service/ delivery, efficient traffic system, more);

N-Neighborhood Development: Investing in local communities by improving infrastructure, creating job/livelihood opportunities and supporting small businesses. (establish community livelihood, recycling, health (pharmacy and birthing centers), among others);
