CEBU, Philippines - Two men, one of them works as a driver of the Talisay City Agriculture Office, lost their motorcycles to thieves last Thursday.
Driver Marcelino Alcontin, 37, lost his motorcycle while parked at the back of city hall.
Napoleon Mañacap, 42, lost his Honda XRM motorcycle with plate number 7TC-H-5448 while it was parked in front of his house. (FREEMAN)
