DMCI’s Cebu City project features crown-like design
CEBU, Philippines — DMCI Homes’ first project in Cebu City, Kalea Heights, features a distinctive crown-like design inspired by the city’s title as the “Queen City of the South.”
The development’s signature look is achieved through “Sky Bridges” connecting its four towers, forming a crown-shaped structure that reflects Cebu’s vibrant cityscape and rich heritage. Cebu has long been recognized as a key economic hub in the Visayas, serving as a center for trade, commerce, and education.
Located along Good Shepherd Road in Barangay Guadalupe, Kalea Heights spans 4.6 hectares, with 3.6 hectares dedicated to open space—the largest in any DMCI Homes condominium project.
The community is divided into four districts: Dawn, Dusk, Summit, and Azure, with open areas nearly three times the size of Fuente Osmeña Circle.
The development also features “Sky Parks,” 1.5 hectares of open space at the roof decks, offering panoramic views of the mountains, sea, and city skyline.
The first phase includes the Leia Building, with units ranging from 29.5 to 88.5 square meters, designed with a modern tropical aesthetic.
DMCI Homes has invested approximately P24 billion in the project, with unit turnovers expected to begin in December 2029.
Company officials confirmed that Kalea Heights is the first of several developments planned in Cebu, signaling a long-term commitment to expanding in the region.(CEBU NEWS)
