MANILA, Philippines - After the several camps it has organized in various schools and venues, Hoops School starts basketball training for basic, intermediate and advance at two venues – YMCA Manila (Near SM Manila and City Hall) – starting today, 2-4 p.m. , at the Ynares Sports Center on Shaw Blvd, Kapitolyo, Pasig.
The first classes started Monday at the same venue. Each camp consists of seven sessions over seven days. Registration fee of P1,699 includes free sports bag, reversible jersey, training ball and drinking bottle.
Founded by former PBL commissioner Charlie Favis and PBA Best Import Bobby Parks, Hoops has brought its program to over 70 schools nationwide, including malls, public venues and corporate gyms.
Hoops is the first basketball organization in Asia to use the Noah Shot Analyzer/Computer. Its lineup of coaches includes several basketball trainers working on many pro and amateur teams.
