MANILA, Philippines - Burlington BioFresh antimicrobial solutions recently agreed to be a sponsor-partner of the 2009 edition of the Tour of Luzon-North Philippines.
Burlington Industries general manager Ruddy Tan said their company signed up with the organizers led by Arnel Ty of LPGMA to help revive the annual summer spectactle, assist in the training of our national team and showcase BioFresh’s efficacy as a germs-free and zero-odor garments line.
Burlington BioFresh will be outfitting the participants of the Philcycling-sanctioned race set April 13-19 with jerseys, socks, towels and other sports gears.
These uniforms were treated by a special technology to keep the cyclists protected and smelling fresh during the seven-day event. This process kills 99.9 of the microorganisms that cause the bad smell in the clothing material. BioFresh products are effective up to 50 washings as proven by laboratory tests and consumer feedbacks.
Burlington BioFresh will be the presentor of the major awards such as Eagle of the Mountain, Sprint King and Rookie Rider as well as the winner of every lap.
Other BioFresh items such as foot spray and powder, briefs, undershirts and flexgel will also be provided the bikers and officials of the race which will start in Quezon City, pass through the cities Lucena, Tagaytay, Marikina, Cabanatuan, Baguio and end in Parañaque.
