Ang Journo sa Palasyo

NakNgFU - Mr. FU - Pilipino Star Ngayon

Naging senior reporter namin sya at executive producer.

(busy-busyhan?!) After 20 years, nagkatagpo kami ulit. Bumisita sya sa studio ng Marites University. Nagkataon na may kaibigan sya dun. (akala ko maiiyak nga ako!)

Nagkamustahan at nagchikahan.

“More than a rare opportunity, I accepted the role in PCO because I believe in a government that is expected to serve the people. It is a privilege to serve our people and by being a part of the PCO, I can help in achieving this goal. But of course, we want to serve as many Filipinos as possible, “ paglalahad ni Asec. Erel.

“The PCO’s primary goal is make PBBM’s good governance be known and accessible to our people. The government is implementing so many programs and project for our people, but most of them don’t know these efforts and services. So if they don’t know about these, then how can they avail of opportunities that would impact their lives?

As a broadcast journalist for than 20 years, in both TV and radio, plus writing online and in print, I believe I have the necessary experience and competence to be part of the government’s main communications team, “ pagbabahagi ni Asec. Erel. (naman!)

Nagtapos sya ng AB Philosophy and Letters sa San Beda College at makukumpleto na nya ang kanyang Masters degree in Journalism sa Ateneo de Manila University. (paandar!) “I have to be well informed of what is happening to our country and events outside our shores that may impact our people. I also listen to our people’s sentiments. And most of all, ingat sa fake news.” (no to fake ever!)

“Our utmost goal is to bring PBMM’s good governance the all Filipinos. Second is to fight fake news because there is no more accountability and order when it comes to the proliferation of fake news. It has been weaponized to point that a single malicious lie can make an impact worse than a bomb. Spreading fake news can be considered a terrorist act,“ pagpapaliwanag ni Asec. Erel. (afraid sa weapons!)
