Ama namatay habang natutulog...Bela, nagluluksa!

Nagluluksa sa kasalukuyan si Bela Padilla.

Pumanaw ang kanyang ama habang natutulog.

“Our dad passed away last night in his sleep and that is my only consolation in all of this. He wasn’t in pain and he hopefully was dreaming of the happy times in his life.,” umpisa ng kanyang post.

Inalala ng actress ang sobra-sobrang pagmamahal sa kanila ng kanyang tatay.

“I love the water and I dive deeply because he taught me to swim and be fearless in the water at such an early age. His ability to see a problem and think of several solutions first before reacting is something I try to practice. He never took no for an answer when he believed something was right and he made sure that everybody knew what “right” was. I never saw him upset…or lose his cool. Never saw him get angry or mad at anybody (in front of me). He was very empathetic but still madly funny. And he gave the best hugs, never letting go first.

“I will always wish for one more day, but that would be unfair. For now, and until paradise comes, the memories will tide us over,” dagdag pa niya.

Ang daming nagpaabot ng pakikiramay sa actress sa pamamagitan ng nasabing post tulad nina Anne Curtis and Kim Chiu.

“ My deepest condolence momsy @bela sending love and prayers to you and your family. Most especially long tight hug for you momsy. love you moms. Stay strong,” ang mensahe ni Kim na isa sa mga BBF ni Bela.

Samantala, ang ganda ng kuwento ni Bela tungkol sa umpisa ng friendship nila ni Lovi Poe.

Inaalala niya na si Lovi ang nakaramay niya noong 14 years old siya at hindi kayang sabihin sa lahat ang kanyang kahinaan bilang isang ‘dancer’ at hindi ‘flyer’ nung nasa high school siya kung saan dinamayan siya ng bagong kasal at tinanong kung ok siya nang tumakbo siya nang tumakbo sa school bus at nanginginig.

Hindi ‘yun nakakalimutan ni Bela. Nangyari yun noong 2004.

“ And I was a cheerleader pretty much my whole life. But before that growth spurt… to be a cheerleader so tiny meant that there were times I would be made a “flyer.” I was always afraid of heights, and the funny thing about that is you’d be thrown so high up in the air that your breath just catches in your throat. But I was more afraid to tell anyone what my weakness was. One challenging practice day as a flyer, my knees were shaking so visibly and I just couldn’t land any of my falls properly. I was a dancer at heart not a flyer and I just wanted to do the floor routine. I knew it was exasperating for everyone but I didn’t want to quit. I walked back to my school bus in tears but I heard one cheerleader running after me-Lovi. She asked me if I was ok. And that was exactly what I needed at 14. And she was always very intuitive about these things. Lovi and I went very different paths in our careers. We all know that our industry is very cutthroat and that the competition is intense. But we never vied for the same roles or stayed in the same place,” bahagi ng pagbabalik-tanaw niya sa ginawang kabutihan ni Lovi.
