MANILA, Philippines — Makikipag-agawan sa karangalan at premyo sina Southeast Asian Games medalist Ronald Oranza at Jan Paul Morales sa kanilang pagsalang sa Tour of Luzon: Great Revival na magbubukas sa Huwebes sa Paoay, Ilocos Norte.

Sina Oranza at Morales ang mangunguna sa International Cycling Union (UCI) continental team na Standard Insurance Philippines (SIP) sa eight-stage race na inihahandog ng Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) ng MVP Group at inorganisa ng DuckWorld PH.

Si Oranza ay isang double bronze medalist sa Cambodia 2023 SEA Games at makakasama si Morales sa pagbandera sa SIP katuwang sina veteran Junrey Navarra, George Oconer, Ronald Lomotos, Jeremy Lizardo at Dave Cangayao.

Ang iba pang national team members na pepedal para sa kanilang mga tropa ay sina reigning national road champion Marcelo Felipe at Nichol Pareja (Victoria Sports Pro Cycling Team), Ruzzel Agapito (7-Eleven Click Roadbike Philippines), Joshua Pacsual (Excellent Noodles) at Julius Tudtud (DReyna Orion Cement).

Sina Steven Tablizo at Andrei Deudor ang gigiya sa Philippines Under-23 Tom N Toms team sa Tour of Luzon na pasisimulan ng opening ceremony sa harap ng world heritage site San Agustin (Paoay) Church kasama sina Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Juanito Victor “Jonvic” Remulla at PhilCycling at Philippine Olympic Committee president Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino.

Dadalo rin sina Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Manotoc at Paoay Mayor Shiella Galano para tanggapin ang 119 riders mula sa 17 koponan kasama si MPTC Chief Regulatory Officer Arrey Perez na magbibigay ng opening remarks.

Si DuckWorld chairman Patrick “Pató Gregorio ang opisyal na magbubukas sa karera.
