Abad bagong hepe ng NPD
MANILA, Philippines — Pormal nang nanungkulan bilang hepe ng Northern Police District (NPD) o CAMANAVA (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela) si PBGen. Arnold Abad.
Pinalitan ni Abad si PBGen. Josefino Ligan na itinalaga bilang regional director ng Western Visayas Police Force.
Sa ginanap na turn over ceremony sa NPD Headquarters na pinangunahan ni National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Police Major General Anthony Aberin, sinabi ni Abad na pananatilihin niya na mababa ang crime rates sa CAMANAVA area.
“I pledge to uphold the guiding principles set by our Regional Director, to observe the fundamentals of proper crime prevention and resolution, to strictly adhere to police operational procedures, and to choose what is right — even in the face of challenging situations,” ani Abad.
Si Abad ay Deputy Director ng National Police Training Institute bago maitalaga sa NPD.
