DepEd: Grade 13 sa senior high, fake news!

MANILA, Philippines — Nilinaw kahapon ng Department of Education (DepEd) na fake news lamang ang kumakalat na Facebook post na nag-aanunsiyo na magkakaroon na ng karagdagang school year o Grade 13 sa Senior High School (SHS).

Ang paglilinaw ay ginawa ng DepEd matapos kumalat ang isang Facebook post ng Facebook page na ‘Educational News,’ na magkakaroon na umano ng Grade 13, simula sa School Year 2025-2026.

“Fake news,” maikling tugon ng mga opisyal ng DepEd, nang matanong ng mga mamamahayag hinggil dito.

Nabatid na ang naturang paskil ay may logo pa ng Commission on Higher Education (CHED) at DepEd.

Nakasaad dito ang mga katagang, “ANNOUNCEMENT! Please Share! To all Parents and students take time to read, additional one year for Senior High School, this is… See more.”

Mayroon din itong links na nagdi-direct sa mga social media users sa isang online shopping website.
