MANILA, Philippines - Number 1 ang local government units (LGUs) sa may pinaka maraÂming kaso na naisampa sa tanggapan ng Ombudsman noong 2013.
Ayon sa ulat ng Ombudsman’s Finance and Management Information Office (FMIO), may 2,014 cases ang naisampa sa Ombudsman laban sa mga Lgus.
Ikalawa sa may pinakamaraming kaso sa Ombudsman ang Philippine National Police (PNP) na may 1,312 cases at Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) na may 246 cases.
Ilan pa sa naipalabas ng Ombudsman na may pinaka maraming kaso dito ay ang Department of Environment and Natural Resources -156 cases, Department of Education-117 cases, tig 108 cases naman Department of Agriculture, Department of Agrarian Reform at Bureau of Fire Protection, 76 cases ang Bureau of Customs, Department of Finance 74 cases, State Universities and Colleges 56 cases at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology 53 cases.
