MIAA humingi ng paumanhin sa mga galit na pasahero

MANILA, Philippines - Humingi ng paumanhin ang pamunuan ng Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) sa mga pasahero na nairita dahil sa ginawang “manual check-in” sa Cebu Pacific domestic flights passengers, kahapon.

Sinabi ni Connie Bungag, hepe ng MIAA Media Affairs Division, ang Cebu Pacific airlines check-in systems server sa NAIA terminal 3 ay naapektuhan sa  on-going retrofitting works na kinukumpuni ng Araja Construction Corporation.

Ang computer server ay hindi nagamit ng 45 minutes kaya nagkaroon ng manual check-in sa mga pasahero ng eroplano.

Ayon sa ulat, isang construction worker ang hindi sinasadyang naputol ang kable ng  system server line ng Cebu Pacific sa check-in counters. 

Samantala, kinansela ng Cebu Pacific ang ka­nilang flights dahil sa sama ng panahon tulad ng biyaheng Manila-Virac-Manila, Manila-Naga-Manila, Manila-Cebu-Manila, Manila-Iloilo-Manila, Manila-Busuanga-Manila at Busuanga-Manila.
