The Aivee Clinics and The A Institute officially launched Emsculpt from BTL Aesthetics with a party at The Garden Pavilion in Grand Hyatt Hotel BGC.

Present at the event were “Aivee Leaguers” who came in futuristic “athleisure attire.” The venue was transformed into a sci-fi phantasm conceptualized by Gideon Hermosa and his team.

The event, hosted by Aivee League ambassadors Karen Davila and JM Rodriguez, featured a video presentation of Kylie Verzosa, Anthony Semerad and Megan Young showing the results and the power of the Emsculpt machine. Grace Baja, BJ Pascual, Vince Uy, Liz Uy and Laureen Uy shared testimonials that the Aivee Group has the best machine for simultaneous muscle building and fat burning.

The Aivee Clinics and A Institute are the first in Asia to offer the treatment. When used to strengthen muscles in the arms, the 20-minute procedure is reportedly equivalent to 20,000 bicep and tricep curls. Imagine getting the effects without even exercising! BTL Aesthetics Hong Kong regional manager Anthony Leung said that The Aivee Group is one of the only 10 clinics in the world that has the latest cutting-edge machine.

Nadine Lustre tries the Emsculpt on her stomach.

Doctors Z and Aivee Teo were among the first to try the Emsculpt machine. Aivee shared that she had contemplated getting liposuction for her arms but she learned that BTL Aesthetics was launching the Emsculpt Arms Applicator and opted for that instead.

During the event, Nadine Lustre experienced the machine for the first time on her abdominal area and her abs were visibly enhanced immediately after the treatment.

Guests enjoyed the food prepared by the Grand Hyatt Hotel, the free flowing champagne from Gypsy Rosé and great music by DJs Christi McGarry and Eduardo Lara.

An evening of art & smiles

The world of art runs not just on gallery openings and auctions but also on friendships. The “little” dinner party is therefore an important occasion — to celebrate milestones as well as to catch up on the latest art gossip.

One of the favorite venues for these intimate events is León Gallery in Makati City, where Jaime Ponce de Leon and Robbie Santos play host for elegant but understated dinners.

The most recent occasion held at the gallery was the birthday party of art adviser Rocky David, whose guest list included two dozens of like-minded buddies. Guests included influential collectors Paulino and Hetty Que, Philip Laude, JJ Atencio, Rod Libunao, gallerists Lori Juvida and Luis Ojeda, social historian Toto Gonzalez and historical consultant Lisa Guerrero Nakpil.

All ears were on Marvin Agustin who is reportedly back in the collecting world. Lawyer Tonico Manahan was in deep conference with lighting mogul Tim Tan.

Surprise birthday cakes were arranged for Tam Beltran and Rommel Pabon, who joined Rocky in his celebration. Art-loving couples Maritess and Susing Pineda and Charles and Mai-Mai Luzuriaga toured Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste around treasures that decorated the gallery in time for the upcoming Spectacular Mid-Year Auction 2019.

Happy birthday, Rocky!
