The sack, which contained 15 packs of shabu with an estimated street value of P10 million, were found by fishermen on Sunday, according to Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency chief Isagani Nerez.

The packs of illegal substance were turned over by barangay officials to the PDEA-Ilocos for proper disposition.

On Monday, another pack of shabu with an estimated street value of P2.7 million was found floating in the waters off Sta. Ana, also in Cagayan.

Nerez said investigation is ongoing to determine the origin and destination of sacks of shabu that have been dumped into the sea since last month.
