P74.8 million shabu seized in Caloocan

MANILA, Philippines — Anti-narcotics officers confiscated methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu valued at P74.8 million in Barangay Amparo, Caloocan on Sunday night.

Two suspects, known only as Johary, 26, and Ambulo, 25, were arrested during the drug sting.

Operatives of the Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group seized at least 11,000 grams of shabu from the suspects.

The illegal drugs were turned over to the Northern Police District crime laboratory for examination.
