MANILA, Philippines - Anti-narcotics agents have arrested a total of 22 persons, including a suspected drug den operator, during a raid in an alleged drug hub in Cebu, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency said on Tuesday.
PDEA director general Arturo Cacdac Jr. said the operation on the drug den in Brgy. Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu last Oct. 31 came after a undercover agent bought from suspected drug den operator Joepit Cabriana, 25, a sachet of shabu.
Cacdac said among those arrested inside the drug den were seven minors.
Authorities also confiscated from the place an estimated total of 50 grams of white crystalline substance packed in assorted heat sealed transparent plastic sachets suspected to be shabu, along with various drug paraphernalia.

The suspects are now in the custody of the PDEA Regional Office 7 temporary detention facility in R.R. Landon St., Cebu City, facing various drug charges.
