MANILA, Philippines - A 16-year-old girl and a loan collector were wounded in separate shootings in Caloocan City Saturday morning.
The girl was walking with an unidentified man at MRH Site at around 11:30 a.m. when the man shot at her, hitting her in the back and forehead.
At around the same time, Wilson Halguen, 44, was collecting money from a store near his house in Sampaguita subdivision when an unidentified man shot him several times in the body. Police officers found P30,000 and several identification cards on Halguen’s person.
The two victims remain confined in two hospitals in the city.
