Timeless inspirations

Exploring various artistic possibilities to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces, internationally acclaimed Hoseki, the country’s premier designer jewelry salon led by visionary founder Faico and wife, Zabeth Co, recently collaborated with Gallery Joaquin of Jack Teotico for a vibrant high-tea afternoon of appreciating jewelry and visual art. Everyone was treated to a fantastic twin event — an exclusive preview of Hoseki’s Timeless Collection featuring the breathtaking pieces of award-winning designers Shamaine Ng and Knoi Esmane, and a wonderful exhibit showcasing the magnificent works of some of the country’s best visual artists and painters Lydia Velasco, Dominic Rubio and Mario Parial. It was indeed a creative fusion of the Philippines’ finest! Mabuhay, Hoseki! (Hoseki stores are located at The Podium in Ortigas and SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. A birthday surprise

The golden girls of Assumption Convent happily got together at Friends for Cultural Concerns of the Philippines president Minerva Tanseco’s Ritz Towers condo for a spontaneous surprise birthday party for well-liked Fining Arnaiz Tambunting. Everyone had a blast as they hung loose sharing jokes while relishing the delicious Japanese food, compliments of Noel Hizon. Happy birthday, Fining!

A match made in heaven

Manila recently witnessed one of the classiest weddings of late when Ish Ortigas Montilla, eldest son of Chari and Alberto Ortigas Montilla, tied the knot with stunning model Yvette Ripoll at the Mary the Queen church in Greenhills. Reception followed at the Manila Polo Club where guests were treated to a prominently old-world excellent dining experience. Wishing you the best of married life, Ish and Yvette!
