MANILA, Philippines — Actress Jackie Lou Blanco revealed that Ricky Davao didn't know that Pilita Corrales had already passed before he died.

In her interview with Boy Abunda in last Tuesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Jackie opened up about the passing of her mom Pilita and former husband Ricky.

“In the beginning, I was thinking, should we tell him? But my kids were saying, ‘Mom, no na lang. He’ll feel bad pa. ‘Wag na lang.’ So, we didn't,” she said.

Jackie said that Pilita and Ricky were close to each other.

"When Ricky and I got separated, ‘yun ‘yung hindi nawala, my mom's love to Ricky and Ricky's love to my mom. It was always there and that's such a blessing to have that.” she said.

“Since nauna si mom, pagdating ni Ricky sa langit, sasabihin ni Ricky sa langit, ‘Oh, Mamita (term of endearment which means grandmother for Pilita)! Nandito ka!’ Sasabihin ni Mamita, ‘Oh!’ Ta’s sasabihin ni Ricky, ‘Oh! Kanta tayo!’ Sasabihin ng mommy ko, ‘Hanggang dito ba naman, Ricky, mag-du-duet pa tayo?’” she added.

Pilita passed away on April 12. Twenty days later last May 2, Ricky died from complications related to cancer.
