An intertropical convergence zone affects the Visa­yas and Mindanao, while a moderate to strong northeasterly surface wind­flow prevails over the eastern sections of Luzon.

Extreme Northern and Eastern Luzon will be mostly cloudy with rainshowers, while the Visayas and Min­da­nao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain­showers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Coastal waters in Northern and Eastern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
