MANILA, Philippines - Discover the fascinating world of humans endowed with astonishing abilities and features in Stan Lee’s Superhumans, airing Tuesdays starting Feb. 3 on GMA 7.
Hosted by Stan Lee, legendary creator of some of the most popular comic book superheroes, and Daniel Browning-Smith, who has been dubbed as the world’s most flexible man, the series seeks out people who claim to possess extraordinary powers and puts them to the ultimate test to find out if they are indeed real-life superhumans.
In its first episode, Daniel goes to a temple in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to meet a Shaolin monk who claims that his body is so tough, not even an electric drill can break through it. Daniel invites a biomechanical engineer to measure the forces at play to see if this is real.
Then, American strongman Chad Netherland demonstrates extreme grip strength by holding back two airplanes from taking off.
