Four other entries joined Lagman into the next round including Carlo Ledesma, Kim Ayuda, Joel dela Torre and Kaye Repunte, who won by default over Mamer Abag.
The Siso siblings, who also grabbed golds in Tagbilaran, proved too strong for their foes with Bernardine "Niño" slamming Gabriel Ortiz, 6-0, 6-0 in the boys 14-under.
Other who marched into the next round are twins Christian Paul and Christian John Cabahug, Mark Campo, Junnel Espinosa, John Arnel Go, Amiel Ayaay, Art Montecalvo and Jayvee Canoy.
Ryan Montecalbo and Doods Flores also advanced to the final eight after overpowering JL Nepumoceno, 6-1,6-4 and Val Harold Nigre, 6-2, 6-1, respectively in the boys 16-under.
Jed Ray Tan also made his presence felt with a 6-0, 6-0 win against Alejandro Amacanin in the boys 18-under.
In the distaff side played at the Cebu Racquets Club,Sally Mae and Sally Dine Siso snatched a quarterfinal seat in different fashion.
Sally Mae Siso dumped Jean Louise Chua, 6-0, 6-1, while Sally Dine Siso won by default in the girls' 14-under.
Sally Dine's doubles partner in CVIRAA, Lovelie Soquiño, posted a 6-0, 6-1 over Ann April Salvatierra in the 18-under class.
Top seed Kristel Mae Buenacosa also stepped into the quarterfinals after grabbing a 7-5, 6-1 win against Rosa Marie Gilbolingo as well as Cagayan de Oro's Ruby Lou Santos who bested Mary Ann Miñoza, 6-3, 6-2.
The other quarterfinalists are Hannah Espinosa,Athena Rosca and Janice Cañete in the 12-under, Ruby Lou Santos, Tanya Jakosalem and Sheena Marie Pabo in the 16-under and Macy Solon and Floreza Alesna in the 18-under.
