The arresting members of the Provincial Intelligence and Investigation Bureau have identified the suspects as 29-year-old Carlito Jabonillo, and Juanito Gimenez and Jerby Baos, both 20-year-olds.
The policemen also seized from the suspects 20 decks of shabu, three lighters, and the P200 marked money that were placed on the table where the suspects had allegedly planned to sniff shabu.
Jabonillo admitted selling shabu but he claimed he had only 11 decks, and accused the police of planting the other decks against him. He also claimed ignorance of the identity of his shabu supplier because the items were usually delivered to his house for distribution.
In the buy-bust, the police said they first bought from Jabonillo P200-worth of shabu and, when they barged into his rented room, they found there the two others who claimed Jabonillo invited them earlier to sniff shabu.
