CEO Clubs Worldwide expanding to RP

Dubbed as “The Millionaire’s Club” with over 10,000 members in the US, China, Korea, Japan, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East, the CEO Clubs Worldwide is expanding into the Philippines.

This was announced by Filipino-American Susan Barlin shortly after signing an agreement with the CEO Clubs Worldwide for the opening in Manila of CEO Club Philippines in June.

“This development will enable Philippine businesses and CEOs to access the vast global resources of CEO Clubs Worldwide and its expertise in various fields,” Barlin said after signing the agreement at the recently-concluded World CEO Forum in Abu Dhabi.

The signing was held at the Emirates Palace, the world’s only seven-star hotel, where Barlin was named president of CEO Club Philippines.

Barlin is a founding member of the CEO Clubs and chief executive officer of the Barlin Group of Companies.

With Barlin at the World CEO Forum were officers of the CEO Clubs, CMO Council, Global Fluency, British Business Clubs, and Dubai Business Expo, among others. They were led by H.E. Salah Selah Bin Omair Al Shamsi, director general of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who successfully hosted a business networking event.

Barlin is looking forward to bringing the World CEO Forum to Manila next year to introduce the country’s CEOs to this prestigious global organization.

The launch of the forum in Manila is also scheduled this June, when delegates of all CEO Clubs around the world will arrive to support the event.

“Membership to the CEO Club is by invitation only, but those who think they can bring value to the organization may contact ceo@aireec.com,“ Barlin said.

Keen on pouring their resources in any business opportunity anywhere in the world, members of the CEO Clubs are also among those flocking to Manila for the 1st Asian International Real Estate Expo and Conference (AIREEC) slated at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) on Dec. 6 to 10 this year.

And many of them are joining AIREEC in search of investment opportunities in property development ventures in tropical Asia, said Barlin, also president liaison to the Philippines of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the voice of real estate in the US.

Barlin is the proponent of AIREEC, which is geared to bring the world’s real estate and tourism-related industries to Manila to showcase Asia as a global second home destination.

Expected to join AIREEC are 400 exhibitors and 5,000 delegates from various sectors of the real estate industry in Australia, Europe, North America, Northeast Asia, Central America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, and the Indian peninsula.

Organized by Expo, Convention and Promotions Inc. (ECPI) and supported by the Philippine departments of Foreign Affairs and Tourism, AIREEC will provide local and foreign participants the fastest way to achieve global presence, build up image, open new markets, gain new partners, learn about competitors, widen network, initiate sales, and get a feel of the world’s business environment. More details on AIREEC can be obtained from ECPI (tel. 7292477, email info@aireec.com, or www.aireec.com).

AIREEC is being promoted by ECPI directly to the industry through collaborations, private presentations and speaking engagements across the globe.

Promotional blitzes are supported by AIREEC official publication International Real Estate Magazine, which is circulated to various industry and trade organizations and key decision makers and partners in 27 countries worldwide.

Aggressive marketing presentation to collaborators since January has led to 40 percent space booking for the exhibition. Even Kazakhstan is joining AIREEC to introduce its investment opportunities to the world. Over 1,500 attendees have also registered for AIREEC during a two-month campaign in the US alone.

“We have started Middle East and Europe which yielded more partnerships and collaborations. Experts from companies like PRAMERICA, Colliers International, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ, and various others are coming over to speak about what global investors and buyers need to know. The worldwide promotional tours for AIREEC is a major advantage for sponsors, especially the ‘early birds‘ whose projects stand to benefit from such vast market exposure,” Barlin said.

“AIREEC will visit 27 countries and the last stop of the campaign is in November at the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas where AIREEC will be host to the International Networking Cocktail of the National Association of Realtors’ 100th Year Celebration and Convention. And we will definitely bring our sponsors with us. So visit the AIREEC website for the latest updates on who are aboard,“ Barlin added.
