Let them feel nga ang labor ug capital must co-exist, nga kon mawala ang usa kanila, this will never work. Kay ang harmony ug pag-work in hand, plays a vital role in any company, or any institution where people converges.” Tinuod di ba?

Ug nia pa, co-existing demands loyalty and protection from both sides. Nindot kaayo, apan, when treachery (on the part of labor) creeps in, bickering starts, co-existing falters, and kanya-kanya’s survival prevails (instead for the survival for both).

This way, they’d feel that the company cares for them. This is more then enough motivation. They should feel that they’re not being exploited.

Barangay Tanods, Lupong Tagapamayapa Members, Traffic Enforcers, Public School Teachers (Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff), DRRM Personnel, Bantay Dagat Volunteers, Public Hospital Workers, Barangay Officials, and individuals assessed to be in urgent need.”
