Banat Opinyon

Managing people at work

IYO ANTOY - Antolin dela Serna - Banat

Managing people at work. Actually, mao ra gyud kini ang buot ipasabot sa pulong management.

Handling people at work, handling them well, and motivate them properly. Simple ra gyud kaayo.

Unsaon man ni? Firstly, paminawa silang mga empleyado, dili kay sila ra ang magsige og paminaw kanimo, kay in any establishment, communication is two-way.

Mao kini usahay ang depeko sa ubang mga managers. Alang kanila, sila ray kamao, sila ray biright. Ang mga empleyado ubos kanila walay hibangkaagan.

Ania, ato kining kutluon: “Llisten to their grievances, their woes, their aspirations, and even to their personal longings.”

Sa pagpaminaw kanila, maka-inculcate kini ngadto kanila sa sense of belonging, even pride. ug kini makaasig ug makaikag na kanila, ug maka-motivate to work well.

Let them feel important and part of the organization. Usahay gud, atong tan-aw ug treatment ngadto kanila, mga sinweldoan lamang sila, ug walay labut ang kompaniya unsa sila.

Let them feel nga ang labor ug capital must co-exist, nga kon mawala ang usa kanila, this will never work. Kay ang harmony ug pag-work in hand, plays a vital role in any company, or any institution where people converges.” Tinuod di ba?

Ug nia pa, co-existing demands loyalty and protection from both sides. Nindot kaayo, apan, when treachery (on the part of labor) creeps in, bickering starts, co-existing falters, and kanya-kanya’s survival prevails (instead for the survival for both).

Sa inyong nasinati, kinsa man ang sagad ma-losers niining tungora? Aron kini kalikayan, give them due compensation, with all the benefits accorded by law. This way, they’d feel that the company cares for them. This is more then enough motivation. They should feel that they’re not being exploited.

P20/kilo sa bugas, nindota no? Ato unang kutluon kining napatik sa The Freeman nga nagkanayon: “As Cebu Province is expected to be the first local government unit to implement the administration’s P20-per-kilo rice program, the National Food Authority in Central Visayas (NFA-7) is fully prepared for the rollout across the entire island.”

Hinuon, matud ni Nedia, sa pagkakaron, wala pay LGU nga naka-withdraw relative to the P20/kilo rice program.

Anyway, adunay mga priority beneficiaries: Persons with disabilities (PWDs), solo parents, and senior citizens, while eligible recipients include Barangay Health Workers (BHW), Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS), Day Care Workers (DCW), GAD Focal Persons, BAHA Members,

Barangay Tanods, Lupong Tagapamayapa Members, Traffic Enforcers, Public School Teachers (Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff), DRRM Personnel, Bantay Dagat Volunteers, Public Hospital Workers, Barangay Officials, and individuals assessed to be in urgent need.”

Gawas sa 11,000 nga stock, aduna konoy paabuton nga shipments gikan sa Regions 6, 4, and 10.
